How can reflexology help?

Every woman will experience the menopause in a different way, it can help to see it as a time of change and an opportunity to reframe your life. Alongside other lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise and relaxation reflexology can help to make this time a little easier as it helps to regulate the body and so reduce some of the common symptoms women experience such as stress, anxiety, sleep disturbance, hot flushes and night sweats.  It is also safe to have alongside HRT.
